Why Join NEPR?
Natural Elements Painting & Repair (NEPR) is a growing U.S.-based commercial and residential painting and repair company focused on quality service, strong relationships, and continuous improvement.
As we grow, we're looking for an Operations Manager / Integrator who can turn priorities into execution, bring structure to the organization, improve systems, hold people accountable, and make sure important initiatives get finished.
You'll work closely with leadership while managing key administrative team members and coordinating priorities across the organization.
If you enjoy creating order, solving problems, developing people, improving systems, and turning ideas into measurable results, this could be an excellent fit.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager / Integrator will drive implementation, accountability, systems, financial administration oversight, and NEPR's operating rhythm.
You'll directly supervise our Financial Admin and part-time Implementation Admin while coordinating with Production, Sales, Estimating, and other team members on agreed projects, budgets, systems, and processes.
You'll track commitments, identify problems early, facilitate meetings, manage quarterly priorities, oversee system implementations, improve processes, and ensure people follow through on agreed results.
Success means priorities get completed, systems remain reliable, accountability is clear, and less routine coordination and follow-up falls back onto company leadership.
