Now, we're ready to elevate our marketing efforts and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing engine--from strategic direction to execution.

This is not just a content posting role. The Marketing Manager will help us clarify our messaging, sharpen our positioning, generate qualified leads, and establish a consistent, professional brand presence across all channels.

If you love both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, this role is for you.

  • Extreme Ownership - We take responsibility, communicate honestly, and follow through.
  • Health - We prioritize mental, physical, and financial well-being.

To thrive at NEPR, you must genuinely align with and live out these values.

Your Mission

  • Build and manage an end-to-end marketing system that supports steady commercial client growth while strengthening NEPR's authority and brand trust.
  • Work directly with the Owner to advise on strategy and execute across multiple channels.
  • Lead the marketing team and manage marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

1.Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and refine overall marketing strategy, particularly for commercial segments.
  • Advise leadership on brand positioning, messaging, and campaign direction.
  • Identify target audiences and optimize messaging for each.
  • Build quarterly marketing roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
  • Track performance and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual reviews to assess progress against KPIs, ensuring alignment with our marketing tactical plan, and recommend improvements.
  • Support the management of marketing projects through Pipedrive (CRM system) and help plan, direct, and support the implementation of marketing campaigns.

2.Lead Generation & Growth

  • Optimize landing pages and funnels to maximize conversion.
  • Improve local SEO presence.
  • Develop referral and reputation-building campaigns.
  • Analyze cost per lead and ROI across channels.

3.Content & Copywriting

  • Support business development activities and tracking in Pipedrive.
  • Write website copy improvements, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and manage ad copy and messaging.
  • Oversee and help grow social media presence, ensuring the content is educational and authority-driven.

4.Brand & Systems

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and improve documented marketing processes.
  • Coordinate with sales/production to align messaging with the actual client experience.
  • Refine the customer journey from first contact to repeat client and assist in organizing opportunities in Pipedrive.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing for a service-based business.
  • Experience setting up, managing, and utilizing Pipedrive (online CRM).
  • Strong copywriting skills (website, email, ads).
  • Experience with digital ads and campaign management.
  • Understanding of SEO and local marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and adjusting campaigns based on performance.
  • Highly organized and self-directed with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Must align with NEPR's values: Service, Respect, Learning, Extreme Ownership, Health.
  • If based in the Philippines, the VA must have the highest-level English speaking score available (e.g., a certification or standard for English proficiency).
  • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Must have reliable internet/computer access for regular Zoom meetings, phone calls, and accessing our online systems.

What Sets You Apart

  • Strategic Thinker: You understand the "why" behind each campaign and strategy.
  • Extreme Ownership: You take full responsibility for your tasks and proactively solve problems.
  • Analytical + Creative: You balance performance metrics with compelling messaging.
  • Proactive Communicator: You bring ideas to the table, not just updates.
